Charles R. Herring, D.C.

Dr. Herring has served as a Louisiana State Representative, has been appointed by the governor to several committees and councils examining Louisiana health plans as well as the workers’ compensation program (developing utilization review guidelines and pre-certification requirements), and is currently practicing in a multidisciplinary practice (Louisiana Spine and Sorts Medicine).  Dr. Herring is the President of the American Board of Chiropractic Consultants and works as a consultant to numerous insurance companies.  Dr. Herring has a unique perspective on communicating with insurers and other health care providers.

William E. Morgan, D.C.

The list of Dr. Morgan's current positions is extensive—but the most notable include Clinical Department Head of the Chiropractic Clinic at the National Naval Medical Center, The Chiropractor to the United States Congress and Supreme Court, and Chiropractic Consultant to the United States Capitol.
