"Sixty Dollars for Sixty Years" for
FCER's 60th Anniversary

FCER is celebrating its 60th Anniversary! In honor of the event, we are suggesting a $60 tax-deductible* donation to FCER.

As a token of our thanks, we will send you a FREE static cling window sticker for your office that shows your support for chiropractic research and education. Will you help us?

Your contributions allow FCER to:

  • Continue building the profession’s research infrastructure by funding fellowships and residencies

  • Support the following ongoing high-quality research projects:

  • Scoliosis: Subgroup analysis in patient outcomes
  • Asthma: Multisite clinical trial, including hormonal and immunological outcomes
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome: Responses of the elderly to manipulation
  • Flexion/Distraction: Effects upon a model of subluxation

  • Motoneuron Activity following manipulation

We could not have committed to the above activities without your support! Two-thirds of FCER’s operating budget comes from friends such as you—doctors who understand the importance of funding chiropractic fellowships, residencies and pilot research projects.  We want to say “Thank You.”

Caring about quality chiropractic research and training researchers makes good business sense. The research we fund today will serve the profession tomorrow. For 60 years, FCER-funded research outcomes have undergirded the political activities, legislative battles, and professional advancements of the national and state associations. FCER representatives have participated in activities that have positively impacted the profession—

  • Director of Research testified at the National Institute of Medicine Hearings

  • Board member testified at the Department of VA Chiropractic Advisory Committee

  • Director of Research responded on behalf of the profession to negative Annals of Internal Medicine articles

  • Director of Research was Keynote Speaker at a Conference on Allopathic and Chiropractic Integration

Caring about the dissemination of research outcomes (FCER’s education mission) also clearly makes sense.  If we don’t tell the public about the benefits of chiropractic care for headaches, worker’s comp issues, back pain, carpal tunnel, plus so much more, who will?

FCER has proven to be the research champion for the profession for 60 years! FCER is committed to getting the research results out to the public through media releases, patient newsletters, pamphlets, e-mail newsletters, magazine articles, broadcast faxes, and linking to numerous websites.

Will you help us? Everyone who joins our Anniversary Celebration with a $60 donation will receive a handsome static cling window sticker for you to proudly display at your office, telling everyone that you support continuing chiropractic research.
