New FCER Member Benefit: FCER Forum FCER Forum – the NEWEST BENEFIT of FCER Membership – offers you the chance to interact online with the experts in insurance reimbursement, research data, patient education, and more, at your convenience 24/7. This Members-only web-based service – moderated and monitored by chiropractic consultants, experienced chiropractic clinicians, and FCER staff – gives you the opportunity to get your questions answered by knowledgeable professionals. And FCER Forum is yours to experience as a benefit of membership at absolutely no cost to you. Here is a synopsis of each Member Forum area:
FCER Members who log into the Insurance Reimbursement forum may post questions on denials, proper coding, etc. A panel of Diplomate chiropractic consultants with many years of experience dealing with the insurance industry will review each question. In some cases, multiple experts will receive your question and you will receive a single composite answer, to assure that the answer represents a broad perspective. Experts will respond to your question as quickly as possible. When the response is posted, FCER will notify you by e-mail, and both your question and the consultants’ response will be available on the Forum for others to read. Both you and other doctors will benefit. At any time 24/7/365, you may browse the contents of this Forum, or begin a new topic question that you do not already see. NOTE: Questions posted on this Forum will be held temporarily until approved by the Moderator, then displayed. We will post your answer as soon as it is ready.
In the FCER Forum on Patient Education FCER Members will have the opportunity to read articles and post questions and comments on why and how to use patient education materials to inform your patients and community. FCER Staff, led by DeAnna L. Beck, CAE, FCER Director of Administration and Marketing, will moderate this Forum and offer expert answers and suggestions to questions. Please browse the existing messages and post your own comments or follow-up questions, or begin a new topic that you do not already see. Your posts will add to the database so that others may benefit as well.
This FCER Forum on Using Research in Your Practice is designed for the FCER Member as a resource on how to find, interpret, and apply published research evidence in your chiropractic practice. Here you'll have the opportunity to read articles and post questions or comments that will be moderated by FCER Staff. So please browse the existing topics and post comments and questions, or start a new topic. Everyone will benefit from the information and discussion.
Do you have interest in a topic or question that is not already addressed elsewhere? If a suggestion or addition to the Forum comes to mind, start a new topic here. If there is sufficient interest, we may decide to create a separate Forum area.
One sure way to shorten the path to success in nearly every area of life is collaboration — sharing successes and failures that help you and your colleagues. That collaboration of information and experience is what the FCER Forum is all about, finding answers to pressing questions that fellow doctors have already solved, and helping others with information you’ve already learned.
The FCER Forum is a Benefit of your FCER Membership that is already yours with absolutely no additional cost. There is nothing to lose! Check it out today.
